Dear I. Fodor, We are in Beijing on assignment and don't have our library at hand. But off hand, we don't recall a document from the KGB archives or Venona or the FBI archives in which Fuchs gives the Soviets all those details on plutonium that you credit him with giving. Please remind us of what we are forgetting when you have the chance. By the way, there was an important meeting of Soviet and a few American nuclear scientists in Vienna Oct. 3-8 to discuss a long list of nuclear topics. The formum was called HISAP. We got an invitation but unfortunately couldn't get away from Beijing to attend. If anyone gets word of what happened, please let us know Goncharov, Smirnov, Barkovsky and others were supposed to be there. All best, Joe Albright and Marcia Kunstel
